Pecha Kucha roughly translates as chit-chat. Up to sixteen participants get to show 20 slides for 20 seconds each, meaning the audience experiences an exhilarating range of speakers and images over the course of the evening. There's also music, drinking and the inevitable exchange of ideas that occurs when you get so many architects, designers, artists and so on together in the same room.

"Coming soon - we're holding the World's Biggest Pecha Kucha at Sadler's Wells Theatre in London. This one-off event will be part of the London Architecture Biennale and will feature an all-star cast doing their thing in front of an audience of 1,500...

For those of you who keep missing out on tickets for our bijou ICA gigs, this is your chance!

Speakers so far lined up include:

Thomas Heatherwick
David Adjaye
Amanda Levete
Tom Dixon
Mark Dytham
Nigel Coates

Stay tuned for the final list."
