Four young French musicians formed the Modigliani String Quartet while studying at Paris' Conservatoire Nationale. Five years later, these Winners of the Young Concert Artists International Auditions have been praised by Le Progres (France) for their "stunning technical expertise, outstanding ensemble and a particularly accomplished musical identity." Appearances have included their Carnegie Hall debut, a Kennedy Center performance, and tours throughout Europe and the United States. Tonight, they'll be performing works by Haydn, Schumann and Ravel.
