Gwinnett Humane Society’s PAWfest 2009
Celebrating 16 years and in celebration of “Be Kind to Animals Week”, PAWfest strives to educate the public on pet-related issues while celebrating the human-pet bond.
Cost: Free
The day’s events will include :
Dog Demonstrations: agility, disc, obedience, rally
Therapy Dog Testing $15 and Canine Good Citizen Tests $10 by Atlanta Therapaws ( pre-registration required e-mail [email protected] )
Animal Communicator: Tim Link
Dog Contests: largest dog, best kisser, best costume, dog/owner look-a-like, best trick, and musical sit
Silent Auction, Raffle, Vendors, and Purebred Rescue Groups
Rabies, Microchip Clinic, and Dental check (This service lets you know the extent of the dental work needed) by WellPet Humane : rabies shot $10, microchip $25 with life time membership, dental check $15 services provided from 10:00-2:00
PAW Parade ( walk-a-thon) , kid's activities, Food and much more.
