Patty Reese is a popular country and blues singer/songwriter in the Baltimore and Washington D.C. area while Dave Chappell is one of the most respected musicians in the Beltway area. For two consecutive years he won the Washington Area Music Awards for Rock Instrumentalist of the Year and Roots Rock Instrumentalist of the year.
