This panel discussion will allow participants to engage in dialogue regarding the impact of the US PATRIOT act on civil liberties of all Americans, and in particular the Arab-American community. Invited speakers include Kary Moss of the Michigan ACLU, Karen Rignall of ACCESS (Arab Community Center for Economic and Social Services), and Brian Silver, Professor of Political Science, MSU. A reception will follow. Organized by Students of Color in Public Policy (SCPP) at the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy.
