Pastels on the Plaza September 22, 2007

CARD is partnering with Parent Education Network to bring back this great family event. Purchase a square for your family and come on down and “chalk it up” in City Plaza Park. Professional artists can be assigned a square on our “Fine Art Alley”. Fine Art Alley Artist applications are available at the CARD main office. All chalk is provided, any outside chalk must state it is “Lead Free” if it is to be used in artwork.
