Party Animals April 3, 2009

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium will celebrate spring break with a week-long thank you party to the community by offering half-price admission on March 28th, the kickoff day. Ten years have passed since Tacoma voters approved a $35 million bond issue to improve the zoo. To show its appreciation for that community support, the zoo will hold open house tours behind exhibit walls and special events every day from Saturday, March 28 through Friday, April 3.
