The event programme will include a combination of short briefings and presentations, creative brainstorming and knowledge sharing, as well as facilitated networking and collaborative working opportunities.
Who Should Attend
Representatives from the digital technology sector and broader creative industries, including computer games, mobile communication, virtual world, film, video, music, publishing, TV, radio and universities with technology and communication research and development expertise.
A full event schedule and speaker list will be published shortly.
TSB's Accessing and Commercialising Content in a Digitally Networked World competition for funding, recognises that the content industries account for three-quarters the 'gross value added' (GVA) by the creative industries in the UK. The call addresses the new challenges around generating revenue from digital content, finding and establishing rights around content (including user-generated content), tools and systems that increase market visibility, interacting with digital platforms, and developing new business models.
