HANDLING PARENT ANGER
As parents of young children, we often find ourselves locked in power struggles over everyday situations or getting angry and not knowing how to act or how to channel our emotions appropriately. In this interactive workshop, parents learn to identify their own anger “triggers,” to express their anger constructively and safely, and to teach children the “angry rules.” This event will be held in the Learning Annex.
