Paolo Lugari Visits Portland May 30, 2008

Paolo Lugari, Colombian visionary and founder of Columbian eco-village, Las Gaviotas is on a rare US visit and will be coming to Portland just to see our show! He is the real life main character of which DoJump!s production of Entusiasmo! is based.

DOJUMP! show,Entusiasmo! uses breathtaking aerial dance, theater, acrobatics, physics, animation and live music to tell this story. Music is composed and directed by Joan Szymko and performed by a chamber choir and orchestra. Traditional llanos music is played by LosLLaneros with cuatro, pan pipes, flute, maracas and guitar withvocals by Karin Stein and Columbian harpist, RenDevia頠 who is considered a national treasure of Columbia.
