Paintings once owned by Ignatz Pick, the grandfather of Baltimore artist Monique Goss, have recently been recovered as part of a lengthy legal battle to regain custody of several paintings looted during the Nazi era. In celebration of the recovery of Monique Goss' family art, panelists will discuss wide-ranging issues surrounding the past, present, and future of museum provenance, as well as legal and ethical issues raised by Nazi art looting.
