Pan Asian Magic at The Residency. Renowned for its lavish buffet, The Residency at Sheraton Park Chennai, will host Chef Guo Zheng. The Residency will experience the magic of the Pan Asian flavors bringing to Chennaites the nuances and intricacies of this cuisine in the skilful hands of Chef Zheng. A native of China, Chef Zheng worked in Chichuna Restaurent, Beijing for 20 years and specialized in Sichuan style of cooking. Zhengs quests to travel, explore, and learn and to share his expertise of the cuisine brought him to India. The oriental section of the Residency buffet will feature Chef Zhengs delicacies and for the gourmand who want simply pure PanAsian, there is a special a-la-carte menu to select from. Some of the star dishes are Peking duck with pan cakes, Jiao Yan Xia
