Experience the magic of Pan Asian flavours as Golden Dragon, a Szechwan and Cantonese specialty restaurant, at Taj Krishna brings to Hyderabadis, the nuances and intricacies of the Pan Asian cuisine. Chef Kamal Prasaath from the nationally acclaimed Hip Asia, Taj Connemara has been especially flown down to serve his authentic pan Asian specialties. Wokery being his forte, Chef Kamal specialises in Thai, Malaysian, and Vietnamese and possesses good knowledge of Japanese cuisine as well. He started his career four years ago, as an opening team member of the Hip Asia restaurant at the Taj Connemara. He has trained under several master chefs and this has helped him to hone his skills. He also trained at the Thai Pavilion restaurant at the Taj President, Mumbai. Kamal enjoys cooking oriental food and working on the wok, Thai food being his favorite cuisine to cook.
