PALM100 Six-Runner 100-Mile Team Relay March 28, 2009

The PALM100 is a six-runner 100-mile team relay footrace from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach and back. The PALM100 will raise funds for the fight against prostate cancer, providing dollars for educational outreach and free cancer screenings.
The PALM100 sets itself apart from other relay races because the teams themselves determine how far each member will run. PALM100's relay format allows your team the flexibility of scheduling each "leg" of the race to fit ability levels.
Teams compete for cool awards. All team members awarded finishing medals.
