Founded in 2005, the Palace Art -fest is held to promote artists from Herefordshire and the surrounding regions.

Palace Art-fest is supported by Hereford Cathedral Perpetual Trust and Friends of Hereford Three Choirs Festival, a proportion of the funds generated reciprocates that support.
