Paint Your Guts Out!© Intensive Six-Week Class January 24, 2007

Go deeper! Intentionally experiential and personally profound, participants intuit colors and imagery on to a single painting for the class duration. The group then delves into dramatic techniques to discover insights, hidden meanings and significant breakthroughs. The process yields deeper creative freedom, and is a tool for growth and healing. The transformational aspects help people gain clarity, find strength and forgiveness, heal relationships, aid in relieving physical ailments, elicit career directions and more. Everyone is a beginner in this process, regardless of the level of art-making experience. All sessions include a Process Painting orientation, guided facilitation and plenty of time to paint. Facilitator Montine Blank has taught hundreds of participants how to remove blocks and tap into their creativity.
