Sir Antony Fisher Freedom Award will be presented to William J. “Jerry” Hume by Dr. Larry P. Arnn, President, Hillsdale College. Gala Emcee will be Dr. Steven F. Hayward, PRI Senior Fellow in Environmental Studies, and F.K. Weyerhaeuser Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
