Ozumo Oakland Hosts a Sushi Rolling Class on November 8 November 8, 2011

Ozumo Oakland will host a sushi rolling class on Tuesday, November 8 beginning at 6:30 p.m. The cost of the class is $60.00 per person and it includes instruction by a chef, a light dinner, a kanpai sake shot, and a sushi rolling tools gift bag. The restaurant was opened in 2008 by Jeremy Umland, a long time Japanese resident/professional baseball player turned entrepreneur and culinary pioneer who introduced contemporary Japanese cuisine to the Unites States, bringing together under one roof a sushi bar, sake lounge and robata grill.
