Owls of Pennsylvania September 19, 2009

Owls make a wide variety of noises from hooting to quacking like a duck. Can you name all eight species of owls that can be found in Pennsylvania and what they sound like? Come to Mckeever Environmental Learning Center on September 19 and learn more about Pennsylvania's nocturnal hunters. This program will start with a PowerPoint presentation and end with an owl prowl around the center. The owl prowl will attempt to call in some wild owls for participants to hear and, if we are lucky, to see.
