Debut thriller. Four friends are scuffling along, going nowhere fast as recent college grads in a bad economy. They joke about committing the perfect crime – a kidnapping. Eventually the joking becomes a serious plan and it all goes well until they grab the wrong guy. The result is that they’re being pursued by professionals from both sides of the law. By the way, the four friends were students at the University of Washington.
