Overnight Canoe Trip May 8, 2008

Derek L. and Meredith P. are hosting this trip. Please let them know if you're interested A.S.A.P., they need to send in the deposit today! E-mail me (Kevin) if you don't have their e-mail addresses.

The actual cabins we'll be staying at are about three miles away from the canoe site.

Derek says:
It has beds for ten people but I'm sure we can sleep a few on the floor if we need to. The price for the cabin is $250 for the weekend. Since I'm positive we'll have at least ten people going, the price per person is $25 for the weekend. The cost for the canoe is $15 per person ($30 for the canoe that holds 2 people-for the math challenged). About
$15 per person for food (and everybody brings some alkeehaul) for the weekend & the total cost is $55. Not bad if you ask me. Now since the cabin will be rented for the weekend, everyone who attends will have the option to drive there on Friday night and stay Friday and Saturday or you can just drive in early Saturday morning,
canoe, and stay only Saturday night. Your choice.
