Stroll over this Tuesday to our snazzy Italian restaurant for a buffet spread of Chicken Primavera, pasta with no chicken, zucchini puffs, salad, chicken strips, and your choice of coffee, tea, pop. They will be discussing common Downtown Elgin code violations to watch for and who to call to report them, along with how to prevent crime at your business, how to report crime and graffiti, Elgin's solicitation laws, and more to help in revitalizing Downtown Elgin!
