Out to Dinner June 3, 2008

Our guest speaker will be Rick Hitchcock from Hitchcock Design Group, which designed the riverwalk, Festival Park, and is working on future Downtown Elgin projects.

Dinner is buffet style with Prairie green salad, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, fresh seasonal vegetables, meatloaf brushed with Amber BBQ sauce, Caribbean blackened tilapia with mango chutney, and to finish up - key lime pie.
