Out on A Limb - A Tree Adventure October 29, 2009

A new $3.1 million outdoor exhibit with a canopy walk five stories above ground level, giving visitors a breathtaking bird's eye view of the forest. Cross the swaying Suspension Bridge to the BIrd's Nest, make your way onto the Squirrel Scramble's rope-netting skirting two towering trees, and reach the top of the Wissahickon Vista platform. The exhibit was designed by Metcalfe Architecture & Design, and is fully accessible.
