Joyce Coffee, Director of Policy & Research, Dept. of Environment, City of Chicago
Don Wuebbles, Professor, Atmospheric Sciences, Univ. of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and member of group receiving 2007 Nobel Peace Prize for work on climate change. Tim Brown, founder of Wabashco LLC, a project development firm specializing in renewable energy and carbon offsets, will moderate.
