Joakim is a major figure of French modern electronic music.
Multi-talented and well cultivated, he has released two audacious
albums on Versatile Records (Tigersushi in 1999 and Fantomes in 2003),
is the founder of Tigersushi records, and is a notoriously insane DJ.
Tonight Other Music presents the Frenchman touting his upcoming US
release of Monsters and Silly Songs (!K7) alongside Scott Mou,
resident Other Music connoisseur, and My Cousin Roy from Wurst Edits.
XLR8R lends a helping hand with magazines and the like. Justin Carter
and Probus from Hello, Nurse! and Nublu spin upstairs.
