OSFD presents its 6th Annual Firefighters Competition & Family Fun Day June 3, 2012

The volunteer fire department's daylong event, which is free and open to the public, will feature up to 10 area fire departments from the Connecticut shoreline & valley shore competing in color guard events, water ball events, a fire-suppression obstacle course, add-a-length fire hose events and water drafting, in addition to other activities.

In addition, food and beverage concessions will be available, as well as children's games and activities. The event will feature grand-stand seating, or those attending can bring their own seating.

Sunday, June 3, 2012 - The event will begin at 9:00 a.m. sharp.

*Clark Memorial Field (Firemen's Field) is located at 210 Elm Street
(diagonally across from Pasta Vita) in Old Saybrook.

In the event of rain, the event will be held on the following Sunday, June 10
