Organizational Meeting for Slow Days of Summer House Parties June 15, 2010

Slow Food Huron Valley is raising money to send local farmers, chefs and educators to Terra Madre - the international Slow Food conference in Italy. Volunteers will host parties the weekend of July 9th through 11th while spreading the joy of good food and good friends at the same time. At this meeting Slow Food Huron Valley will provide invitation templates, party ideas, other forms and information for all volunteers who are willing to help with this project. This is also a wonderful project for teens, as they can both host a party and participate in a service project simultaneously. For further information, please contact Marnie Reid, [email protected].
