Parties That Cook with CUESA and Dacor present a sizzling spring series of organic cooking classes. Follow along as our chef shares tips and tricks for selecting and utilizing seasonal organic ingredients from the Farmers Market in everyday cooking. Then grab an apron for a hands-on organic cooking lesson, where you'll use fresh and spring ingredients in recipes with Californian-International flair.
You'll be treated to a lively introductory organic cooking lesson by the Parties That Cook chef featuring tips such as the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear. You'll then work in teams to cook up a recipe from the evening's tapas menu, all while listening to upbeat music.
Once the cooking is over, you'll savor the evening's dishes and enjoy the historic Ferry Building ambiance with a complimentary glass of wine. After the event, we'll email copies of the recipes and digital photos for you to enjoy!
