Orders, SOAP Notes & Professional Correspondences for the Massage Therapist in the Medical field is an eight hour seminar focused on assisting massage therapists in understanding the very important documents end of our field. Participants will learn the difference in good and bad orders, and how to get the orders that give them the most freedom in setting a treatment plan. The SOAP note section focuses on the specifics of each SOAP element. Including how to conduct the best subjective interview that will get all the information needed to provide the best treatment plan. Participants will also learn about ICD-9 and CPT coding, obtaining prior authorizations, and the documents you must share with the ordering physicians.
