ORBIS Canada Plane Pull May 15, 2010

Every year, around the world, almost half a million children go blind – that’s one child every minute.

ORBIS Canada is launching a national Pull for Sight 2010 campaign at Vancouver International Airport on Saturday, May 15 from 10 am-1pm to help fund sight restoration for blind and visually impaired children in developing countries around the world.
Teams of 20 will pull a FedEx cargo plane for 12 feet – and the team that crosses the finish line in the fastest time will be the winner.
