Oral Health Care for the Young Child May 8, 2010

This is a Free Continuing Medical Education Conference held by Catholic Healthcare West and Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health for Dentists, Pediatricians, Family Practice Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

Upon completion of this seminar, participants will have learned about;

- Contributing factors that affect primary dentition.

- Research relating to caries development in a young child.

- Prevention recommendations to slow or resolve caries progression.

- Provide health screenings and caries risk assessment.

- Provide oral health prevention education to caregivers.
