OpenStreetMap is an editable map of the whole world, which is being built largely from scratch by the community and released with an open content license.

This is one of a series of meetups over winter 2008/9 in London open to everyone whether you are already an active member of the openstreetmap community or just curious to find out more about the project, come along and join us at this social pub meet-up. Tonight we are also celebrating OpenStreetMap's 100000'th user!

The official start time is 6:30p.m., though many don't appear until around 7pm. Newcomers welcome! When you arrive in the pub look out for people with GPS units/ maps. Also make a note of this: Contact: Shaun McDonald 07879610632

Sign up here if you have a Yahoo! ID, and/or on the OpenStreetMap wiki page
