Love results from the raising of consciousness; it is the shadow of awareness of consciousness. Exercises that touch the heart and raise consciousness prepare your inner atmosphere for love to happen. Without consciousness there is no relaxation, without relaxation there is no consciousness. Sound, breath, senses, silence and self-reflection allow you to deeply relax within yourself.
