Enveloping important business lessons within the framework of a story
helps effective leaders do more than just pass on knowledge and
know-how. Storytelling transfers theoretical knowledge into a practical
context, the story itself personalizes and individualizes the
information, and the entire experience strengthens and inspires the
team.
During this one-day workshop we will talk about:

the significance of storytelling within the business context
the main types of leadership stories and their functions
how stories you've been told have impacted you in the workplace,

Of course, you will all have the opportunity to write/tell your own leadership stories.
This workshop will be conducted in English and is open to anyone who works in an English-language environment.
Two coffee breaks and a lunch buffet are included in this price of this workshop.
