Host Dan Rumsey's powerful, soothing voice washes over you and is delivered along with tasty licks and chords from his guitars. When not performing solo, the sound is often wonderfully augmented by the flute and backup singing of Sally Heinz. The Cedar Open Stage offers optional critiques of the participants by the host following the last performer.
