Open mic/Open dance August 2, 2012

Join us Southside of the James for an evening of open mic poetry preceding the studio's Thursday night open dance. Where else ya gonna have a chance to let your words shine (with live jazz backup, no less!) and then get your salsa on without even leaving the room?

Open mic is from 6-8pm, with sign-up at the door beforehand. The gracious gents of Super64 will join us to play a few and provide improvisational backup to any poet so desiring.

After the open mic, stick around for tango/salsa fusion!
