Open House at Historic Calvary Presbyterian Church July 4, 2009

Calvary's 155-year-old church building hosts an open house during the Fillmore Jazz Festival. From noon to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday, visitors are welcome to take a breather from the Jazz Festival and enjoy free tours of original frescoes, tapestry, stained and faceted glass displays, and short (20-minute) concerts featuring Calvary's 6,000-pipe Kates/Aeolian organ. Organ concerts given at 1 & 3pm on July 4; 1pm on July 5.
