2.30pm Introduction to Meditation
2.30pm Introduction to Buddhism
3.30pm Buddhist Centre guided tour (20 minutes)
4.00pm Introduction to Meditation
4.00pm Buddhism and Meditation Q & A
5.00pm Finish
Tea and cake available all afternoon.



Participants can just turn up on the day. No charge.
