A veteran strategist and project manager with a technology, political, and communications background, she has over ten years experience managing web development projects and over six years experience specializing in nonprofits and technology.

Nzinga has managed web development and strategy for a variety of organizations and companies, including Planned Parenthood Affiliates of California, AFL-CIO affiliate Working America, Simon Wiesenthal Center, and The Nation magazine. She writes a regular column about online engagement for the Grassroots Fundraising Journal.
