One Nation Reading Together November 27, 2008

Scholastic reaches out to young minds and attempts to inculcate healthy reading practices. An estimated three lakh children from across the country will be participating in this event in their schools by reading the pledge, authored by acclaimed poet and author Sampurna Chattarjee and will also engage in other activities that celebrate reading as a pleasurable and enjoyable activity.
