One Direction Store Opens In Chicagoland August 25, 2012

Less than two weeks after the British pop group One Direction performed at the 2012 London Olympic Games closing ceremony, the group’s retail store 1D World will open its first U.S. location in Northbrook.

On August 25 and only for a limited time, the 1D World store will open in Northbrook Court and offer “Directioners” the opportunity to shop exclusive merchandise and win One Direction prize giveaways. The 100th and 200th shoppers will also win tickets to the band’s 2013 show in Chicago.
