One Day Storytelling Course October 17, 2010

Due to popular demand, I will be offering a one day training course at the Unicorn Theatre on Monday 18th October 2010. This day is ideal for anyone who wants to kickstart their storytelling practice or build on existing skills, for teachers wanting to use storytelling as part of their teaching practice in schools, actors wanting to diversify their performing skills and for anyone who wants to use storytelling to improve confidence when public speaking.

The aim of the day is to build confidence and technique through practical exercises, with particular emphasis on the use of voice and physicality in storytelling.

I am currently looking for storytellers to work with under the umbrella of my company Once Upon a Story and I am open to taking on both established storytellers and complete novices that require training before working professionally. So if you have no experience but lots of enthusiasm, do the course and you never know where it might take you!

The course will run from 9.30am- 5.30pm and the cost per person is £80. Spaces are limited so book now to avoid disappointment.
