On Golden Pond January 20, 2007

A retired couple decide to spend one last summer at their lakeside cottage. Their idyllic stay is interrupted by the arrival of their daughter and her fiance's son, whom she leaves behind as she continues on for her honeymoon. The different generations eventually bond, but when the daughter returns to find her father treating the boy like a son, she is envious of the relationship she was never able to have with him while she was growing up.
