Vancouver-based architect Omer Arbel believes that “light is a medium you can manipulate to evoke emotion.” Mr. Arbel has designed a wide range of objects, including the medals for the 2010 Winter Olympics. Last year he introduced a line known as 28, comprising blown-glass spheres with internal bubbles.
