Olde Town Christmas December 11, 2008

Olde Town Christmas will be celebrated by businesses in the area. Several of the businesses downtown will be set up featuring different year's in the Town's 100+ years of history. They will dress, decorate and re-enact this era. There will be carriage rides to all the destination's. Sumrall has a very important historical past. Including having the court room that housed the first all-women jury in the country! This will be re-enacted by History students from Sumrall High School. Also, there will be music and entertainment across from the Town Hall, featuring several Choirs and groups. Also, an antique car show will be held. We invite everyone to come out and support our Town!
