OK PLAY! CHILDRENS EXPO

June 18-19, 2011
10AM-6PM each day

This two-day celebration will be FREE to the public and kids of all ages are invited to enjoy an array of hands-on activities, games, entertainment, and concessions. The expo will also feature local vendors showcasing quality children’s products and representatives from local organizations who will share information about all of their services and Summer programs. Expected attendance is 5,000-7,000 people.

The indoor event will fill the 102,600 square foot Exhibit Halls at the Tulsa Convention Center and will feature five distinct areas:

•Sports Zone: local sports teams, BOK Center and Tulsa Convention Center tenants, summer camps, non-profits, sports vendors
•Science Zone: exhibits from local zoos, a petting zoo, children’s garden/plant exhibits, conservation groups, vendors
•Art Zone: exhibits from local museums, a craft area, local opera and performing arts groups, arts & crafts vendors
•Main Street USA: exhibits from the fire department, police department, libraries, fingerprinting area, Chamber of Commerce, schools, colleges, vendors
•The Playground: inflatables, obstacle courses, slides, bungee jump, interactive games
