FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: OCONOMOWOC, WI – October 3, 2006 – The Oconomowoc Junior Woman’s Club invites the public to Dine Out at The Pub, 114 North Main Street in Oconomowoc. The event is scheduled for Monday, October 9, 2006. Reservations are required, please call (262) 567-8850 and mention OJWC when you RSVP. Proceeds will support the various projects sponsored by OJWC, including:

· Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) – supporting prehospital care for children with special health care needs
· Helen Farnsworth Mears Art Contest – juried art contest for 7th and 8th graders
· Juniors Care for Kids – providing school supplies and winter apparel for children in the Oconomowoc Area School District
· Kids Who Can – volunteer group for children pre-K through 8th grade
· The Senior Assist Fund – mini grants for seniors in need
· Students 4 Service – volunteer group for students at Oconomowoc High School

The Oconomowoc Junior Woman’s Club (www.ojwc.com), established in 1971, is dedicated to serving the surrounding community through broad-based fundraising and hands-on volunteer efforts.
