LA based super group featuring Keith Morris (Black Flag/Circle Jerks), Dimitri Coats (Burning Brides), Mario Rubalcaba (Earthless/Hot Snakes/Rocket From the Crypt) and Steven McDonald (Redd Kross) release their succinctly titled 1st EP on Vice Records October 12th with artwork designed by Raymond Pettibon. It’s the sound of four veteran musicians honing their craft to razor-edged perfection, then boiling it down to bare essentials. They will be signing copies of the new EP after the show (no previous band items please).

"Whether or not the band name OFF! is a not-so-subtle reference to another band that featured the great Keith Morris and dealt destruction to the insect populi, one thing is certain, they rule." - Brooklyn Vegan

The first release, the succinctly titled 1st EP, (out October 12th on Vice Records) is a limited edition 7" that comes with an exclusive poster courtesy of Raymond Pettibon, the living legend responsible for Black Flagʼs overall visual aesthetic. Pettibon also designed the cover for the 1st EP and will be doing all the art for the band. Following the 1st EP, a 7" boxset will follow on November 23rd, appropriately titled First Four EPs and contains the 1st EP and 3 more 7" EPs for a total of 16 tracks.

This 1st EP gives a concise indication of what can be expected from the group: four songs clocking in at just over four minutes, all as urgent and immediate as imaginable. This is the sound of four veteran musicians honing their craft to razor-edged perfection, then boiling it down to bare essentials.

"The collective history of his band equals the power packed in Einstein's E=mc theory." - Thrasher
