OCN (Overseas Chinese Network) Summer Barbeque Mixer August 12, 2006

OCN will be holding its first ever barbeque mixer on Saturday August 12th from 1pm to 5pm, at another great location – Freelance (43 Yueyang Road). Freelance has an expansive outdoor terrace as well as a large indoor area (in case of ill weather). The outdoor area is laid-back, has lots of seating, a table-football set, and even a neat outdoor cooling fan system.

OCN (Overseas Chinese Network) is focused on people matching both of these criteria: (1) Grew-up overseas AND (2) of Chinese background. Example: Overseas-born Chinese, Chinese immigrated overseas, HK and Taiwan people, Singaporean people, mixed parents, etc. etc. All ages / occupations welcome (professionals, students, etc.).

Entry will be 100RMB, including a full barbeque lunch (meats, salad, chips, etc.), one drink of your choice (beer, spirits or softdrink), and the same great atmosphere as always. The grill will be running from 1pm-3pm, so come early for maximum eating opportunities. And don't forget your namecards!
